We will follow all Scottish Government guidance on re-opening dates. This is currently the 15th July 2020 for indoor hospitality. Montpeliers Bruntsfield will re-open on July 15th. Tigerlily and Rabble will be open from July 22nd. Indigo Yard and Candy Bar will re-open on July 29th. Lulu and Eastside will remain closed for the time being. COVID-19 FAQ's
Yes, absolutely and booking is advised as we will be operating with limited capacity to ensure social distancing. Please note that in Tigerlily, Indigo Yard, Candy Bar and Rabble, each booking will have 2 hours on the table. In Montpeliers, each booking will have 1.5 hours on the table. Please note, Candy Bar will currently not be offering takeaway pizzas. To book, please visit our individual websites.
We currently have a maximum booking limit of 6 per table however we will follow all Scottish Government guidance on limitations to the number of people who can dine at any one time. We are also unable to accept bookings which consist of more than 2 households. Please note to maintain social distancing we are unable to accommodate larger parties spread over a number of tables.
We have provided all staff with Personal Protective Equipment and training on cleaning and hygiene procedures. We have introduced new cleaning rotas and safety stations for all guests. We have configured our restaurants and bars and will only be providing table service to allow for social distancing. On arrival, all guests will receive a temperature check from a member of staff. Please note, any guest who displays a temperature consistent with a fever will be asked to re-schedule their booking. We also request all of our customers wear masks when moving around the restaurant. We are providing scenario-based guidance to all employees on how to work through various COVID-19 related situations. Additionally, we have received our Visit Scotland 'Good to Go' certification which demonstrates that we are adhering to the respective government and public health guidance, and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment to check we have the required processes and protocols in place.
We will constantly review all processes and procedures in line with any new Scottish Government guidelines or advice to ensure the safety of our staff and guests.
All our venues will have a dedicated host who will show you to your seat on arrival and ensure any changes to our service are conveyed.
We have placed QR codes on all tables and will encourage their use for menus, however, we will still have paper menus should use wish. These are single use and must be asked for from the server.
We have extended the validity of all vouchers that expired during our period of closure until the end of January 2021. If you have any questions regarding your specific voucher, please contact the venue directly.
